Bugs Fixed and Features Implemented in v14

• Multiple calls to build-wsdl on the same project hangs

• build-wsdl macro is ignoring properties-refid attribute

• Add option to specify engine name for the bw-start macro

  In order to be able to stop specific instances the same BW engine running at the same time, users need to be able to specify the engine name when starting the BW engine.

• bw-stop macro shouldn't start a separate JVM

  In order to reduce the memory needed when stopping an engine, it shouldn't fork a new JVM.
